I offer a full range of residential design services including feasibility studies, site analysis, project programming, schematic design, design development, contract documents, bidding and negotiation, and contract administration.  I will represent my client to all regulatory agencies claiming jurisdiction over the project if required.

I design casework, millwork, and finish carpentry items.

In addition to specifying various finish materials I accompany my clients in selecting stone and tile surfaces, architectural hardware and lighting.

My services will also include the design of swimming pools, tennis courts, outdoor entertaining terraces and kitchens, as well as garden follies.
